Policy on minors:
Children under 16 years of age may access the concert provided they are accompanied by their father, mother, legal guardian or a responsible adult authorized by any of the first three, who must also purchase a ticket to attend the event and accompany the minor inside the venue throughout the show.
An adult may act as guardian to accompany and be responsible for minors, fulfilling the following requirements:
- Be of legal age
- Submit the following recorded documents:
1. The authorization signed by the father, mother, legal guardian who will accompany the minor to the event or by which any other adult is authorized to act as guardian of the minor. (The document must be brought already filled out to avoid unnecessary waiting at the entrance).
2. Photocopy of the ID of the father, mother or legal guardian of each minor and, if applicable, of the authorized adult accompanying the minor.
3. Photocopy of the ID card, passport or family book of the attending minor.

Minors who are 16 and 17 years old may access the concert/show without the obligation to be accompanied by an adult, but they must:
- Present your ID card
- Submit the following recorded documents:
1. The authorization signed by his/her father, mother or legal guardian accrediting his/her consent for the minor to access the concert or show.
2. Photocopy of the ID card of the parent or legal guardian signing the authorization.
3. Photocopy of the ID card, passport or family book of the attending minor.
