Lhe CONXEMAR fair will reach a record number of exhibitors in its 20th edition. The number of participants who attended last year has already been surpassed as of the closing date of this edition of the magazine.

A total of 710 exhibitors have already confirmed their attendance at the event, a hundred more than last year. 

Following the construction of the new pavilion at the Instituto Ferial de Vigo (Ifevi), the organization has an additional 5,000 m2 at its disposal, which has made it possible to increase the number of exhibitors.

ICEX will be present at this year's fair. EUMOFA, for its part, will visit the event for the first time, as will Estonia. In addition, Morocco returns to participate in the event, after doing so in the 2016 edition, and China expands its presence at the fair through the participation of CAPPMA (China Aquatic Products Processing & Marketing Association).

As is customary in each edition, the fair will be attended by the main producing and consuming countries of fishery products, such as the USA, Portugal, Ireland, Norway, Chile, Argentina, Peru, China and Ecuador.

As for national participation, the pavilions of the autonomous communities of Galicia, the Basque Country, the Canary Islands and Asturias, as well as the participation of the port authorities of Vigo, Huelva, Cadiz and Algeciras are worth mentioning.
